We describe and photograph our items as faithfully as we can. Colours and appearance may vary slightly with your screen, and all products are subject to availability.

3. Placing an order

Submitting an order is a binding offer to buy. Once payment is confirmed you'll get an email summarising it. We may decline or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, spot an obvious pricing error, or an item is unavailable.

4. Pricing

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are the full amount payable, with nothing hidden added at checkout. Prices can change at any time; you're charged the price that applied when your order was confirmed.

5. Payment

Payment is taken in full when you order. Accepted methods are listed on our "Payment Terms" page, and every transaction is secured and handled by certified providers.

6. Delivery

How, where and when we ship is explained in our "Shipping Policy". We currently deliver within Australia.

7. Returns and consumer guarantees

Our goods carry guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Our change-of-mind returns, refund timing and conditions are all set out in the "Returns & Refund Policy".
