Getting your order to you promptly and in great shape is what we aim for at Mary Brisbane. Here's everything about how we pack, send and track your parcel.

1. Where we ship

We currently deliver right across Australia.

2. What it costs

Shipping is free on every order Australia-wide — no minimum spend.

3. Preparing your order

Once your payment clears, we get your order ready in about 1 business day (Monday to Saturday).

4. Time in transit

After it leaves us, your order usually arrives within 7 to 9 business days (Monday to Saturday). With preparation included, that's most often 8 to 10 business days door to door.

5. Where it ships from and pricing

Orders are sent from our partner warehouses, some of them overseas. The prices shown in Australian dollars are the full amount you pay: no extra charges, import taxes or customs duties land on you at delivery.

6. Tracking

The moment your order ships you'll get a tracking number by email to follow it every step of the way, and there's a "Track your order" page on the site too.

7. If there's a delay

The times above are estimates. Things outside our hands — busy periods, public holidays, customs checks — can occasionally stretch them. If your parcel is running late, email info@marybrisbane.com and we'll chase it with the carrier until it's sorted.

8. Your address

Please double-check the address you enter at checkout. We can't take responsibility for a delay or missed delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address.
